Update to header of the Tender operation announcement and Tender operation allotment

Change Description

The header will change for the Tender operation announcement RSS flow and the Tender operation allotment publications published to the MID RSS flow:

• the header will contain a new non mandatory field called “version” containing the version number of the TOP software which was used to produce the file (e.g. 4.6.18)

Go-Live Date

The provisional go-live date is Friday 27 February 2026 (any deviation from this date will be communicated closer to the time).

Detailed Change Components Description

The new non mandatory field version is defined as a string:
<xsd:element name="version" type="xsd:string" form="qualified" minOccurs="0"/>

The header will contain the fields releaseType, releaseTitle, releaseDateTime, publicationDateTime,language, version.

Please note that in the “API specifications and template files”, the following files have been modified:

• .\mid\data sets\top_ann\sample_top_V2_ann20250172_mid.xml
• .\mid\data sets\top_all\ sample_top_V2_all20250172_mid.xml

The sample files were created using test data.

In the Catalogue of services and integration guide chapter 3.2 Release structure and chapter 4.1 Release message format contains a new field “version”.
