  • Sixth ECB Statistics Conference

Central bank statistics as a servant of two separate mandates: price stability and mitigation of systemic risk

Venue: European Central Bank, Frankfurt am Main

The series of biennial conferences on statistics held by the ECB provides an important forum for exchanging views on the statistical requirements for central bank policy-making and for presenting the latest advances in statistical issues. The conference will bring together users and compilers of statistics from central banks, national statistical institutes, international institutions, academia, the media and the financial industry. The topics include (but are not restricted to): the supply of statistics for monetary policy and macro-prudential oversight, the use of micro data in macro measurement and communicating statistics.
