Update of the eligible marketable assests schema

Please note that as of 31 January 2020, the schema for the list of eligible marketable assets will change as follows:

• the fields ISSUER_OTHER_NAME and GUARANTOR_OTHER_NAME will be removed from the file
• the field OWN_USE_COVERED_BONDS will be removed from the file and replaced by a new field, POTENTIALLY_OWN_USABLE_COVERED_BOND, with allowable values "Y" or "N".
