Using the ASTRA platform
External organisations and partners can use the ASTRA platform to securely share content and exchange documents with ECB staff. If you already have an account you can sign in and acknowledge the terms and conditions.

Your ECB contact person will contact you with the required details. Otherwise, if you are a user in a trusted organisation allowed to administer users’ credentials locally, your local administrator will create your account and provide you with the necessary credentials.
