TARGET2: confirmation of the go-live date for migration group 2

After successful completion of its tests, the Eurosystem acknowledges the readiness of the national banking communities of migration group 2 (Belgium, Finland, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain) and formally confirms the go-live of the second country wave of TARGET2 as scheduled on 18 February 2008.
