Update to the Tender Operation Platform (TOP) schema

A new dataset message structure will be incorporated into the tender operation announcement and allotment schemas for the Market Information Dissemination Publication[1]

The provisional go-live date is Thursday, 3 November 2022 (any deviation from this date will be communicated closer to the time).

The following changes were made to Version 1 of the TOP schemas to create Version 2:

  • The structure of allotment and announcement messages has been updated.
  • The data types and data obligations (mandatory or optional) in allotment and announcement messages have been changed.
  • The following data were introduced in the allotment message:
    • FourEyesVersion, Revision, BidAmount, AllottedAmount, PercentageAllotted, BusinessValueType, MarginalBusinessValue, MinBusinessValue, MaxBusinessValue, AverageBusinessValue, Isin, ReferenceEntity, ReferenceEntityValue, SpotRateWithMargin
  • The following data were removed from the allotment message:
    • Version, Amount, AmountAllotted, PercAllotted, MarginalRate, MaximumRate, MinimumRate, AverageRate
  • The following data were introduced in the announcement message:
    • FourEyesVersion, Revision, OperationCategory, AllotmentMethod, BusinessValueType, RepaidRefNo
  • The following data were removed from announcement message:
    • Version, AllMethod, ID

Please note that in the API (application programming interface) specifications and template files provided via the link below, the following files have been modified:

  • “.\mid\data sets\top_ann\”
  • “.\mid\data sets\top_all\”
  1. On 7th December 2022 correction was made. UserReference and NonParticipatingNCBs were erroneously entered as new fields.
