- The satellite transmission starts at 14:05 CET, a graphic as well as music will be available for testing purpose.
- Prior to the beginning of the press conference, a video and sound check for the language audio channels mentioned below will take place 14:15-14:20 CET.
- The Press conference will be transmitted live 14:30 – 15:30 CET.
- A 7-minute rough cut of TV footage from the press conference will be transmitted 16:00 – 16:15 CET.
