The ECB hosted an online focus session to support online and mobile merchants in preparing for the call for expression of interest to participate in the digital euro pilot. This session offered insights into the objectives and timeline for the pilot and the process to take part in the call, among other topics. The event was open to all stakeholders including merchants, payment service providers (PSPs), technical service providers and consumers interested in learning more about the pilot.
