"To increase the use of SEPA solutions, deadlines have been set for migration to SEPA schemes from national solutions. For EEA countries outside the euro area, the deadline has been set at 31 October 2016. This means that, as from that date, domestic and cross-border payments in EUR carried out by Norwegian banks must use SEPA schemes. Banks must ensure their systems can support the required SEPA message format."
