Technical dialogue in the context of T2S User Connectivity

In the context of the T2S Project, the Eurosystem is committed to allow CSDs, Central Banks, as well as their user communities, to communicate with the T2S platform via secure and reliable connectivity services.

In order to seek external views on the Eurosystem’s design of these services, the Eurosystem offers an opportunity to relevant stakeholders, including potential network service providers, to enter into a technical dialogue.

The discussions will be limited to technical connectivity issues, in particular:

• Technical characteristics of the T2S communication interface;
• Various modes of communication (U2A, A2A, push, pull, real-time, store-and-forward);
• Security characteristics (integrity, confidentiality, authentication, authorisation, non-repudiation);
• Location and management of communication equipment;
• Service level and performance expectations;

This event will take place on 26 October between 8.30 and 11.30 on the premises of KAS BANK, Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 225, 1012 RL Amsterdam.

In the interest of transparency, the Eurosystem will publish a record of questions and comments, as well as any responses from the T2S team. Attendees are asked to note that there will be an audio recording of the event for this purpose.
