On 5 October 2018 the Governing Council approved the publication of the 2017 T2S annual financial statements on the ECB’s website.

ECB Decision amending Decision ECB/2007/7 concerning the terms and conditions of TARGET2-ECB

On 8 October 2018 the Governing Council adopted Decision ECB/2018/24 amending Decision ECB/2007/7 concerning the terms and conditions of TARGET2-ECB. The Decision will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and is available on the ECB’s website.

ECB Opinion on the establishment of a national insurance claims database in Ireland

On 28 September 2018 the Governing Council adopted Opinion CON/2018/43 at the request of the Irish Minister for Finance.

ECB Opinion on the rules to be followed by systemically relevant credit institutions when defining fixed remuneration policies in the Netherlands

On 23 October 2018 the Governing Council adopted Opinion CON/2018/44 at the request of the Ministry of Finance of the Netherlands.

ECB Recommendation to the Council of the European Union on the external auditors of Lietuvos bankas

On 4 October 2018 the Governing Council adopted Recommendation ECB/2018/23 to the Council of the European Union on the external auditors of Lietuvos bankas. The Recommendation has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union and is available on the ECB’s website.

ECB Recommendation to the Council of the European Union on the external auditors of De Nederlandsche Bank

On 19 October 2018 the Governing Council adopted Recommendation ECB/2018/25 to the Council of the European Union on the external auditors of De Nederlandsche Bank. The Recommendation will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and on the ECB’s website.

Banking supervision

SSM supervisory priorities and SSM Risk Assessment for 2019

On 18 October 2018 the Governing Council did not object to the proposal by the Supervisory Board to publish a summary of the SSM supervisory priorities and a summary of the SSM Risk Assessment for 2019. The summaries will be published on the ECB’s banking supervision website.
