1. Introduction

Introductory remarks by the chairman, Mehdi Manaa.

2. Discussion of draft solution papers for issues 1-4

The Task Force will discuss the content of the draft solution papers for issues 1-4 and related questions for the mini-consultation:

1. Registration processing
2. Tax processing
3. CSD ancillary services (repo and tri-party repo processing)
4. Other legal and regulatory barriers

3. Preparation of the TFAX info session

The Task Force will discuss and draft the agenda for the info session accompanying the mini-consultation.

4. Brainstorming on Priority 2 issues

The Task Force will review the priority 2 issues and conceptualise the solution or approach for the following issues:

• Different ways to implement settlement of instructions from trading/CCP platforms
• Different ways to implement issuance practices which affect the settlement flows between the Issuer CSD and the Investor CSD/Investors
• Non standardised securities
• Different field definitions/data types for matching or settlement
